Plastic pollution affects us all. At ShelterBox, we've been working hard to reduce our plastic usage, and in 2021 alone, we were able to eliminate a staggering 173,396 pieces of plastic!But our commitment doesn't stop there. While we continue striving for even greater progress, we find joy in witnessing the resourcefulness of communities finding creative uses for unavoidable plastic. Take Ethiopia, for instance, where the plastic strapping from our aid is weaved into beautiful baskets that can then be sold!
