RISK MANAGEMENT Update for 2025-26

The U.S. Rotary Club & District Liability Insurance Program (“U.S. Club Program”) provides all U.S. Rotary clubs and districts and Rotaract clubs with general liability insurance (“GL”) and directors & officers/employment practices liability insurance (“D&O/EPL”).

The U.S. Rotary Club & District Liability Insurance Program (U.S. Club Program) provides all U.S. Rotary clubs, districts, and Rotaract clubs with commercial general liability and directors & officers/employment practices liability insurance, subject to policy terms and conditions.

The U.S. Rotary Club & District Liability Insurance Program (“U.S. Club Program”) insurance policies have been renewed for the 1 July 2026-27 policy year and the July Club Invoice includes charges for this insurance.

Insurance Coverage Overview
The U.S. Club Program provides U.S. clubs and districts with general liability and directors & officers/employment practices liability insurance, subject to policy terms and conditions:

General liability insurance covers liability claims for bodily injury or property damage to a third party (e.g., a guest trips and falls at a club or district event).

Directors & officers liability insurance protects club members and club and district officers from claims for alleged wrongful acts, mismanagement, or breaches of duty.

Employment practices liability insurance covers claims arising out of club or district employment practices.

U.S. Rotary Insurance Portal
The 2026-27 certificate of insurance and other insurance documents are available on the U.S. Rotary Insurance Portal, hosted by the U.S. Club Program broker, the Hylant Group:
